We’re proud to announce the official launch of CGC International Tax, a CPA firm dedicated to U.S. domestic and international tax compliance and reporting.

While the name is new, the people and values remain the same. CGC is led by Charles Christensen and built around the same team that has served clients under Schwartz International for almost two decades.

We have formally spun off our compliance division into a dedicated affiliate — now operating as its own firm under the Schwartz International Group. This new structure allows us to deliver compliance services with even greater clarity, responsiveness, and efficiency, while maintaining close coordination with Schwartz International’s advisory and planning team.

Our clients include:

• U.S. individuals and businesses with foreign entities or cross-border activity
• Foreign investors with U.S. tax obligations
• Private individuals and families with U.S. and/or non-U.S. assets
• Domestic businesses and globally mobile clients with U.S. compliance needs

This transition allows CGC to focus entirely on tax compliance, while Schwartz International continues to lead on complex advisory projects and planning. We’ll continue collaborating closely when client needs span both areas.
